About

A wedding site that respects your day.

We built OfficiallyTogether because every couple we knew was running their wedding through six different apps, and dropping things between them.

Why we exist

A wedding is one celebration with a thousand moving parts. Most existing tools handle exactly one of those parts well, then leave you to copy guest names from a spreadsheet into the RSVP tool, then into the seating chart, then into the dietary-notes spreadsheet, then into the photo album invite list. Things fall through the cracks. Plus-ones never get meal counts. The seating chart is on someone's phone in another country.

We wanted one calm, beautiful place where the website, the RSVPs, the meals, the seating, and the memories all share the same guest list. A place where every screen feels like the kind of brand a couple is proud to send their grandparents to.

What we believe

  • Guests are not data points. A guest list is your aunties, your friends from school, your partner's family. The way the software talks about them should reflect that.
  • Software should disappear into the day. The wedding is the point. The tool should make space for it, then get out of the way.
  • Cultural specifics matter. Nikkah, mehndi, walima, sangeet, anand karaj, sofreh aghd, katb al-kitab. The templates and event presets reflect real ceremonies, not a Western default with cultural skins on top.
  • Couples own their content. Photos, words, guest list. Yours, always. Export anything, delete anything, anytime.

What we do

  • A free wedding website with templates designed for ceremonies of every tradition.
  • Smart RSVPs that handle households, plus-ones, meal choices, and per-event invitations.
  • A guest dashboard that tracks who has replied, who has dietary notes, and who is sitting where.
  • A seating layout (visual + list) so you can plan tables before the rehearsal dinner.
  • Per-guest invite links and reminders sent through real email infrastructure, not Gmail forwards.
  • Live photo galleries and a memories hub for after the day.

Our story (the short version)

OfficiallyTogether started in 2026 after one of us got married and lost an evening trying to figure out which of three apps had the latest list of people who'd declined the mehndi. We wrote down everything we wished existed, threw out half of it, and built the rest.

We are a small, intentional team. We answer support emails ourselves. If you write to us, a person reads it.

What we hold to

Four things we won't compromise on.

Calm by default

Wedding planning is loud enough. Our interface is quiet on purpose: soft cream, slow scrolls, room to breathe.

Privacy first

Your guest list and photos belong to you. No advertising, no data resale, no third-party tracking pixels chasing your guests around the web.

Built for every culture

Multi-day Pakistani, South Asian, Persian, Sikh, Arab, Jewish, fusion, and classic Western weddings all fit. Templates and event types reflect that.

One place, every guest

Households, plus-ones, dietary notes, seating, photos. All stitched together so your day reads as one celebration, not five disconnected apps.
